Why oh why, Xbox Live

M$ is at it again. Here is the story.

I lend my good friend of 7 or 8 years my credit card number so he can purchase the shinny new Halo 2 maps. My Mistake. Because his account has been trying to bill his mothers canceled CC for a month now, my fresh digits get billed for the 49.99 subscription. That's my fault.

I call 1800-4-my-xbox witch has NEVER had bad customer support before, but there is always a first. They cancel my friends account and start to refund me my money. It will take 72 hours (witch is about how long I was on hold for) for me to have the Cash back in my fat little fingers. GREAT.

72 Hours later. JACK ASS SHIT.

After like 3 phone calls to M$, and 2 to my bank (National City) I get no where. Finally on the 4th call to Microsoft I hear the bad news.

THEY CREDITED THE WRONG CREDIT CARD. THAT'S RIGHT. THEY GAVE MY 50 BUCKS TO SOMEONE ELSE.

And now its conveniently out of there hands.

That's as far as I got. I'm still calling, Fighting the good fight.


And the worst part about it is that if I don't get this money soon I cant go see cannibal corpse. So Digg this and bring it to MS attention that we will not stand for shitty customer support and the stealing from the poor.
